Fandom fest is in August here in Louisville, and this is the first year that I may actually be able to afford a booth.
I really want to give it a go, but I'm terrified. I have anxiety just thinking about it. The booth is $300, and I have no idea how everything works.
Can anyone offer me some tips?

10x10 Vendor Booth includes: 1- 8 ft table, 2 chairs. 2 Vendor Passes.
What about a cash register? ( I know how stupid that question looks... but seriously, they provide something, right?)
I'm not too worried about getting enough merchandise together, I'm wanting to take my vacation from work for the week before to help finalize everything, and I have a hefty number of business cards. Do I need to find my own display tools, like cases, and the rotating jewelry trees and whatnot?
What's the policy for selling fanart? Is it allowed? Do you need written permission?
Wow, rereading this makes me feel really stupid. But still. Any pointers?
